I Love Linen Refer-a-Friend Program Terms & Conditions

As a Refer-a-Friend member (a “Referrer”), you are subject to I Love Linen’s Terms of Use and I Love Linen’s Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for I Love Linen’s Refer-a-Friend program:

When you refer a friend via the tab, widget or page on our website, your friend has the opportunity to receive 20% off their next order on French linen Sheet Sets and Quilt Covers. When they purchase, you have the opportunity to earn a free French linen pillowcase set on your next order of $75+.

In order to receive this, the referred friend must sign up (enter their name and email) using the form which can be accessed via the referral email they will receive after you refer them. Once the subscription is confirmed they will receive an email with their unique 20% off code to use on their first order of $75+. They must use this code when purchasing, otherwise, you won't be eligible to redeem free pillowcases. The 20% only applies to Full Priced items (no sale, samples or seconds) and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount, coupon or store credit.

Once the referred friend makes a purchase of $75+ and uses their discount code linking them to your referral, you will receive an email with your free French linen pillowcase set discount code to use for your next purchase online at www.ilovelinen.com.au. Your friend must be a new customer to qualify for 20% off (excluding shipping costs).

Note: The free set of French linen pillowcases is for standard size (not European size) and only eligible on the below, plain dye pillowcases. If your preferred pillowcase colour from the below colours is on backorder, we will hold your order until it comes back in stock and then send everything together. If your selected colour is on backorder and you would like to change your colour to something in stock, please contact us on help@ilovelinen.com.au and someone will assist.

Free French linen pillowcases colours to redeem will depend on stock availability. I Love Linen will strive to offer a range but if some items are low in stock or sold out they will not be part of the referral program and it is to I Love Linen's discretion to choose the pillow cases availabe in the following colours: White, Natural, Soft Grey, Warm Grey, Inky Charcoal, Desert Rose, Ochre, Mustard, Blush, Wildflower Pink, Olive Ivy, Navy, Teal. Any striped or chambray pillows are excluded from the offer.

For every new friend you refer that makes a purchase, you will receive a free set of French linen pillowcases to redeem on your next purchase.

Note: You can only redeem one set of free pillowcases per order.

Refer a Friend discounts cannot be used with any other promotion or sale.

Qualified Referral. A Qualified Referral is defined as a purchase made at www.ilovelinen.com by a person (a "Referred Customer") who arrives to our website by clicking your Refer-a-Friend program link. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
Referred Customer. The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address).
Referral Rewards. For you to earn referral rewards as a Referrer, the Referred Customer must complete an order of a French Linen sheet set or quilt cover which is greater than $75+ in total value, minus all fees including taxes, discounts, shipping, returns, chargebacks, fraudulent payments, and/or other 3 rd party fees.
Reward Payments. Rewards are earned in the form of a free pillowcase set (eligible on orders of $75+). The maximum Qualified Referrals earned per calendar year may be no more than 50 Qualified Referrals. As a Referrer, you are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from Referral Rewards.
Eligibility. Eligibility is limited to individuals only. I Love Linen’s Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation as determined in I Love Linen’s sole discretion. (Corporations are not people, my friend!)
No Spam. You must comply with all up-to-date “SPAM” laws. For example, emails must be created and distributed in a personal manner and bulk email distribution is strongly discouraged. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute unsolicited commercial email or "spam" under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate termination of your account and exclusion from I Love Linen’s Refer-a-Friend program.
Right to Close Accounts. I Love Linen reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the I Love Linen Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms. I Love Linen reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
