Our Rewards Program, The Community, gives you access to exclusive offers and gifts, and you can earn points to redeem for discounts on your orders. With 3 levels of membership, the benefits increase as you progress through each level. Scroll for full details on what each level has access to and how to earn points.

You must spend at least $1 to enter the program and activate your benefits.
There's no cost to join, but to qualify for the benefits in each membership level, you must spend to required amount.

The levels are based on the amount you have spent in the last 12 months.
Level 1 is for customers who have spent up to between $1 and $349, Level 2 is for customers who have spent between $350 and $799 and Level 3 is for customers who have spent over $800 in the last 12 months.
Earning points is simple & you can earn them a number of ways. Shopping on our website is the easiest way & the level you are in will determine how many points you earn per $1 you spend. You can also earn points by following us on Instagram, liking our Facebook page, celebrating your birthday or reaching goal spends & numbers of orders.
You can redeem your points for discounts on your orders. For every 200 points you have, you can earn $10 off.
You can redeem up to 600 points at a time which would provide you with a $30 off reward.
To access rewards once you have enough points, you will be prompted to redeem your points for a reward. Once you redeem your points, you will be provided a unique discount code to use at checkout for your next order.
Aside from earning points to redeem for discounts on your next orders, there are a number of other benefits depending on the Level of your membership. You can receive early access to products, free products once per year, exclusive offers only for members, entry to member-only competitions, yearly colour consultations, the ability to vote on product development and access to discounts from partner brands.
The free gift with your order is offered once per year in August and your gift will depend on the level of your membership at the time. You will receive an email when the free gift is available with your order. Each gift is limited and is only available to the first applicable number of orders. You will be required to meet a minimum spend to qualify for the free gift.
No, sorry. Your points are not transferable and are attached to your customer account.
Your rewards are not able to be combined with any other offers. If you choose to take advantage of another offer available, you can use your rewards on your next order, provided your reward has not expired.
No, you are only able to redeem one reward at a time.
If you return items from an order or cancel your order, the points you earned will automatically be deducted from your balance.
No, unfortunately free gifts are unable to be exchanged or returned and are not redeemable for cash.
