Pre-ordering from I Love Linen
Our premium linen has seen unprecedented demand, and while some colours and sizes may be currently sold out, we regularly have fresh stock arriving that we are excited to share with you. We always produce in limited numbers with sustainability in mind, so we strongly suggest you pre-order to avoid missing out.
If an item is on preorder, we will hold your entire order until the item arrives and then ship the whole order in one. If you would prefer an alternative arrangement, please let us know.
For estimated arrival dates, please refer to the individual pre-order message on the product you are interested in purchasing.
Linen is a delicate fibre, so always treat it with respect.
Gentle cycle cold or warm wash
We suggest placing your pillowcases in a delicates bag to ensure they do not snag in the washing machine and wear down over time
Line dry is best but occasional warm tumble dry is ok (just keep in mind that heat increases the speed of wear and tear on any fabric)
Do not bleach and do not dry clean
For longest term use, minimise unnecessary agitation, particularly for your fitted sheet and rotate it frequently and opt to hand wash / soak it gently

If you plan to store your linen away for a long time, please place in a vacuum-sealed bag.
We do not use toxic chemicals to set the dyes, and for this reason, colours made naturally fade over time, so take care to follow the care guide and try not to dry in direct sunlight.

In case you were wondering...
We’re based in Australia, and bed measurements (as well as size names) vary from country to country. We strongly suggest reviewing the size guide to ensure you purchase the perfect size for your bed.
Our Fitted Sheets are available in three depths - shallow, standard and extra deep. While 40cm is most common, some more modern memory foam mattresses are best suited to 30cm. To measure your mattresses depth, measure from the base to the top of the mattress along the pocket seam.
Standard Pillowcases are 50cm x 75cm, designed to fit a little larger as we wanted the relaxed and elegant linen look.
